Take mind over matter and the mana nodes, and take deep thoughts and maybe some extra mana regen/+mana on gear if you can't sustain mana. My main problem with this build wasn't the hp sustain but the mana sustain. Furthermore your Purity of Fire MUST be lvl 20, because you get an extra % max res. It should work if you do this.

got 6l belly, 3b,1r,2g spend 4 ex on chromes but no chance im done with it -.- any advaise what i can put in that colors? 3b1r2g

I did the same thing... Use the artisan bench to craft at least 3 blue sockets. Took me maybe 1ex worth with that method.

i was doin by that method... just got 2 times 4b2r and 4b2g ...

If you really had everything the same exactly as I did, then you'd obviously have the same regen. Therefore, there is something different in your character compared to mine, you're just not aware of what it is.

If you made your profile public, or if you linked your PoB pastebin, I could check, but like this, I can't help you.

Actually, in your pob it's enough to untick sulphur and ruby flask and you end up exactly at 500 regen ^^. So here is my question, assuming that we are actually not pf and cant have perma uptime of flasks, how do we mantain this reliable regen? It's actually very important vs bosses since filling flasks is hard and I assume we can't just finish off endgame bosses real quick.

Check some of the videos. This is the entire point of the build. It's hard for me to imagine a fight where you would be fighting for so long that you wouldn't have any flask charges from the 2 flasks that give you regen.

If you want a build that doesn't rely on flasks at all, that's much harder to accomplish, but the only way would be to stack regen wherever it is possible (for example, getting Immortal Flesh instead of a belt which would give you more life and resists). But don't blame me for losing DPS in that case :)
