That's why Orb Of Storms is so important to build, it activates:
Arcane Surge (10% cast speed and spell damage + 0.5% Mana regen at lv1)
Elemental Overload (40% More elemental damage)
Elemental Equilibrium (-50% elemental resistance)

Hey,awesome build,I've recently started playing all kinds of RF ( Guardian/Berserker/Occultist) and now for this league I was thinking of doing your RF Trickster as a starter league in the 3.1 patch Abyss League.

The nerfs for Rise of The Phoenix have been posted and I was just wondering if it's still true that this build will be working even with the -3% max fire?

I went into PoB and edited the RoP to 5%. It increased degen to 1152 compared to 970 smth. Still +1k net life regen, and ~400 mana regen. Will be a little less strong defensivly, but bothing too bad

edit: Without standing on consecrated ground and without killing enemy by your dot you actualy degen >.<

Not sure about the nerf, we'll have to see.

Equip a marble amulett crafted with essence of misery and you should be fine.
Im gonna play this build as my abyss leaque starter.
Just scorching ray to start, RF later on.

Thoughts on the build so far? I tend to get killed when MoM sucks my mana away... need to get rid of the fire damage on gloves and both rings as well...

What else am I missing? Correct flasks?

You could make use of some Sulphur flask, it's great especially for Scorching ray builds, you simply use it 24/7.

Hey:) I wanna start this build in league today. Is it still okay in 3.1? Maybe budget gear for leveling since the build is quite expensive? :) Thanks a lot!

It's not that expensive to start. However, since RotF was nerfed, you should level as SR only, then start using RF later on.

Any leveling uniques advice? i find it a bit hard to level
