[3.9] Windz's Generic Miner Sabo (Arc/Pyroclast focused)
Hello everyone,
I'm using this build as a newcomer in Path of Exile. Made it to level 83 (I'm still stuck in low tiers maps tho, still learning the game and being very unlucky with my Atlas progress 18/157) Mind you guys please check my items and tell me what I should focus on (by priorities would be much appreciate) to improve my character. My GC mine dmg is around 26.5k but managed to hit 34k with a 6L Tabula Rasa until I swap to the current armor which I'm planning to 6L it in the future. Thanks alot for your help :)
Spoiler
For items I'm saving no idea if I should use them or not (good ones or not) : Thank you again for your help, Have fun guys :D
" The guide is clear.. The +1 mine helmet is an affix.. the phys to cold conversion is an enchant and they can both be on the same helm lol. +1 mine helm is global which means if you link your GC in an armor you'll still get 4 mines placed at a time instead of 3 mines. |

Just wanted to thank windz and everyone in this thread :) cleared all end game content, including uber elder. Also 157/157 on the atlas for the first time, my fav build in Poe so far :)

" See shadow's comment on the helm. On Ascendancies, the thread has bounced around some but I believe it has sort of settled down on Bomb Specialist, Pyro, Born in the Shadows and then EITHER Demo or Explosives Expert. There was a time when it was EITHER Born in the Shadows or Explosives Expert but there seems to be more of a preference for BiTS now. Just my sense of the thread ;-). Personally, I followed Windz for first three and then chose BiTS. I'm presently (level 90) thinking of swapping out Demo Specialist for Explosives Expert as has been mentioned in the thread recently. Why? Because now that I have a feel for the skill, I don't believe I need/want the mine laying/placement speed as much as I want the Penetration for high level boss fights (also, I can refund the 3 pts I'm using on Blast Radius and start heading to Acrobatics). But as you can see, it's more of personal preference at the end and there is no one right answer. On the boots, it's also sort of a preference thing. I used Kaom's for awhile, but then swapped out to a 1 socket Bubonic Trail (cheap). In the market for a 2 socket one (expensive). The BT is better for running around (movement speed is underrated as a defensive skill, IMHO). One could always swap in the Kaom's for a particular fight (but I never do, except for Temp Chains maps). Just my 2 cents reading the thread and experimenting, but I'm a casual player ;-). Also, you didn't ask but since it looks like you're starting this build out presently, the one thing I wish someone would have beaten me up over the head with earlier is how important Lavianga's Spirit flask is. Serious quality of life improvement when playing this build. Last edited by Tindraa on Apr 3, 2018, 10:03:37 AM

Finally got struck by luck at crafting.
Also since I plan to taking this guy past 95 (hopefully) and I like min-maxing stuff, I bought this expensive but worth it upgrade for myself. Last edited by ShadowGenisys on Apr 3, 2018, 10:34:30 AM

" nice dagger, any reason you're going for that base and not platinum kris? Also if I don't have farrul what's an upgrade to Tabula without using a 6l helm alternative Last edited by droodic on Apr 3, 2018, 11:28:42 AM

" No reason at all. Those were self found daggers. Never really reminded myself to get a platinum kris base. Though since I use farruls, I'm at 65.76% crit in hideout w/o flask and cat's agility oe 72.66% crit with cat's stealth. Diamond flask should put me pretty high up there for crit anyway. Stick with tabula until you get a pseudo 6 link helm with hypothermia/remote mine//additional mine and if you can afford a 6 link armour, there's heaps of choices, loreweave (great defensively), carcass jack (can never go wrong with this one), Farrul's (extremely expensive and quite frankly a luxury upgrade but it's pretty damn good). |

Hi, running low life version, was wondering if i should aim to get a new weapon compared my current one and what other changes i should make not tree if the tree has changed either.

Hey man,
I just wanna thank you for sharing this build. This build actually showed me how fun PoE can be. I started playing back when it was released 5 years ago and uninstalled after 4 hours cause i was overwhelmed. Since then i tried the game like every year and never really got a grip on it. I like boss killing, but with every build i tried i couldnt even do t11+ maps and Shaper seemed impossible. Your build gave me the confidence to actually do Shaper and Uber Atziri so i invested the time in research and kinda learned the game. Today I killed the Shaper on my first try - deathless! It actually was kinda easy i guess i was always too scared to invest so much currency into a map that i might fail :D TLDR: Your build gave me confidence to kill shaper. Did it. Thank you!
Thanks for the help guys,
still pretty low on currency (only ~2ex) so I'm not sure what to invest in next, I'm still stuck with Princess (boss)/brightbeak(clear) as my weps, with a budget shield to pair them. Still have a tabula I have 100% conversion from 2 long winters and got a +1 mine helm. should I stick with Princess until I can afford a good shaped statstick , or is it less expensive to get something better than I think it is? Also should I upgrade wep or chest first considering my budget? thanks again, Last edited by droodic on Apr 3, 2018, 5:31:05 PM
