I've question about new zana elder mod. Is it worth to chisels map I put in or base gets rerolled together with all mods? When I run map my quantity looks kinda low (like without chisel).

1) When a skill has "special conditions" to deal extra damage, does that get added to the ailment damage calculation?

For example:

When the skill says...
- Deals 150% of base damage
- Deals 20% more damage to closer targets
...and I have 100% conversion to fire, are the ignites (on "closer" targets) based on 150% or 180% of my base damage?


2) Is the outgoing ailment damage (not final damage received by the target) calculated only once at the moment of applying it, or can it change dynamically during the course of the ailment?

For example:

If I had "Deal X% more fire damage to blinded enemies" from a unique item, and I ignited a blinded enemy, would the ignite DoT change once the Blind wore off?


3) Do the hits made by the "Ancestors" from Ancestral Call count as "my hits" for all purposes?

For example:

If I support Infernal Blow with Ancestral Call, and hit 1+2 targets at once, do all of them get a "charged" debuff?

Speaking of IB, what about Melee Splash? Are the enemies hit by the splash damage get an "uncharged" debuff? Is this the kind of "any other enemies hit" that the skill description alludes to?

Hello, so cyclone lost weapon range and it wasn't in the patch notes? Was this intentional or not?
This one is annoying me:

Why does Righteous fire damage from two players not stack? So only the higher dmg righteous fire applies while the other player just sits there and watches. That makes no sense compared to two sources of any other dmg like two players using arc.

Can I get an explanation as to why RF is so limited to solo play?

I have a question about the blight Hinder effect.
If say the Hinder duration is X seconds.
If I channel the spell fo X seconds, then I stop, then I wait like 0.1 sec (therefore X+0.1sec), then I channel again on the same ennemy. Will it re-apply Hinder ? (in other word is it possible to smartly use the spreading rot gem for like 80% of the time...?)

With Burning, only the highest burn is applied to an enemy at a time. For any build that uses Ignite or Burning, this is what you get... But maybe it's time they think about doing one at a time per source (considering the source is the player, not the minion or totem doing it).

My question is on Scourge Arrow; and isn't regarding firing through doorways!

Do the Thorn Arrows from Scourge Arrow also inherit the pierce of the main projectile?

Its immediately clear when you use SA that the main projectile pierces, but much tougher to see whether or not the thorn arrows do. The skill gem specifies that the first projectile does, but doesn't for the thorn arrows, which led me to believe you could use fork/chain etc (I was thinking Slivertonger + Rigwalds Quills + Gloomfang - and it was going to be majestic (if not effective))

However its been noted on Reddit (with no source unfortunately) that all the projectiles pierce - but the tooltip reflects the +1 chain. However given it also does this for Shrapnel shot, this may just be down to how the tooltip calculates, even if it does not happen.

Any word on the matter would be appreciated!
