Apologies if this has already been covered...Im trying to play a dual wielding scepter scion on xbox one and it wont let me equip it/them. Is this a platform nerf or something?

Hello guys, maybe anyone can help me there. I don't knew who to ask about this. I tried searching in the internet, ask on english and russian forums, pm to our admins, but never recieved a response. What a base movement speed in Poe. Units\Sec? Thank you, maybe here i get the answer.

I've noticed that Cyclone no longer gets the +1 range each at gem levels 6, 11 and 16 (and 21) for a total of +4 range (which is how it should be according to the wiki. https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Cyclone

It instead gains +1 range each at gem levels 7 and 14 (and 21) for a total of +3. I'm wondering if this change was intended because there was no mention of Cyclone in the 3.4 patch notes, just other melee skills that received the same weapon range gem level progression.

i'm an undergraduate student in the USA and a long time PoE player. I'm writing a research paper on probabilistic modeling and i'm looking to use your game's crafting as a basis for my paper. If your team would be able to help me by answering a few questions, that would be awesome. If some of the questions cannot be answered that's perfectly fine, i'll just assume the interactions based on intuition otherwise.
That being said these are the questions about the interactions.

- When a chaos orb or alchemy orb is used on an item, does the item determine at that moment whether or not the item will have 4, 5 or 6 mods, or is that predetermined in some way(i.e. on drop or when scoured)?

- When a chaos orb or alchemy orb is used on an item and it rolls a set of mods, is each mod rolled successively in order? i.e. first roll is health, second roll is chaos resist, third roll is dexterity, etc. continuing to the mod count, or are the mods all rolled at the same time in some fashion to avoid doubling up?

- When a mod is rolled, are there sub-rolls to sections or are each mods individual (i.e. is Resistance being rolled and then Chaos, Cold, Fire, and Lighting are chosen, or are Chaos, Cold, Fire, and Lightning all independent rolls.)? The same applying to Attributes (All Attributes, Dexterity, Intelligence, and Strength), and other rolls similar.

- Any relative weighting of rolls would also be helpful to know (i.e. the chance to get chaos resistance vs. cold resistance). I'm certain this won't be answered so no issue there, I was just curious :).

The third question is the most important to the paper.

Unlike the elemental Heralds, Herald of Agony doesn't have the tag for it's damage type. (Chaos, in this case.)
This means that the "Chaos Skills have 50% increased area of effect" bonus from Pathfinder's Nature's Reprisal doesn't apply. (Which would modify the AoE of the Agony Crawler's mortar attack.) It also means I can't use "+X to socketed Chaos Gems" modifiers, which feels really counter-intuitive. Is this interaction intended, or an oversight?

"15% chance to Intimidate on Hit" new Delve mod. Is it global or local to the weapon ? I am using it as a stat stick !

I have question about new delve affixes. How much i can have on the same item together? Or it is like an essence, only one for an item?
Question about Devouring Totem enchantment and % increased life leeched per second :

The enchantment on helmet give me "36% increased Devouring Totem Leech per second", example i have 100% increased life leeched per second, so the modified life leeched will be :
1) amount life leech x (1 + 1 + 0.36)
or
2) amount life leech x ((1 + 0.36) x (1 + 1))
What are you supposed to do in the echoing lair delve? There's no nets, if you kill the beasts nothing happens and they don't drop anything, and there is no way to get out but suicide since you can't click the cart or TP out.
