So i have this bow and was seeking advice on wether i should try and 6 link this as it is and multi mod it later ? or try and craft again to get a better suffix

Its a little frustrating atm to see that dex stat for me

Any help please ?
@Panini_aux_olives thank you for the pointers. Honestly, I had been carrying myself up to now on my gear from midway through Cruel.. *sigh* stupid, I know. Had been looking at the Lioneye's Glare. Sold some rares the other day, and have enough chaos to play around with now. Again and again, THANK YOU for the pointers. Just started mapping and I can see the difficulty is about to ramp up again!

@Rogueweapon: I'd say no. For this bow to be decent you'll need to remove suffixes and multi mod it, which is a 4ex cost, and it will still only be around 310 dps (with attack speed). I believe you can find better bows for that price, but I haven't checked.

So with some gear changes and 2 more jewels im at 68k dps with hatred+ HOA. I figure the 10k dps difference of franknberry is owing to his more skill points due to higher level.



68K dps with HOA+ Hatred ( still needing a belt to fix resistances...)

I think this is the max i can churn out maintaining that 70% base crit ..

i would appreciate some help in min/maxing the tree/ pathing .

am i investing into redundant dps nodes or any where i can get more life/ resists on nodes without compromising dps/crit chance..
i still need a node in str when i replace my belt.

Don't know if it's a bug or something, but "one hand melee damage" is shown as skilled which is of course useless. Another thing: If you are already investing 2 points into str/int with "wisdom of the glade" and "master of the arena" you could actually go for primal spirit instead and at least gain something useful (mana, flask charges) beside.
And.. i am not a big fan of Depth percection: Would go for the last frenzy nodes and dualist-lifeleechnodes instead. And actually it's in your case even worse than normally as you don't have any flat accuracy at gear (which is something you should really fix tbh), so the % acc won't help a lot anyway ...

its the accuracy of the depth perception that got me into it.
That one hand melee damage is a bug. idk why it shows up some times.. maybe miss-click when navigating tree?
That 30 int from the node exactly balances 98 int to run purity till im able to fix my belt and get cap resists.
id still need like 17 more str when that happens aside from the +20 of the master of the areana...( i guess at which point id have to skim a point in movement speed to get that )
I run blood rage so i figured 1% life regen is okayish...

Well like i said the reason for your accuracy-problem is not having flat accuracy on gear, which means %-nodes are even less useful. You should try to get at least 300 acc on gear, better up to 500. With str/int it's pretty much the same: You should just gain more from your gear, than you actually do. Plus lvl20 curse on hit, which you should really run needs with 111 even more int, than the 98 you have been talking about.

Though what baffles me is does HOA linked to assassin mark work when you are running hatred..

Well you have always pretty much 2 options for assassins mark: To cast it yourself with splitarrow, coh and chain or to run coh with herald of ice or thunder. Herald of ash works of course only with the first option. I would recommand to use the second option anyway, which means hoa out, hoi in.

About acc: That's not really the right way to say it, but if your total amount of flat acc is kind of lowish, then - of course - % acc doesn't really help a lot as well, because the base is just too low.
