So, maybe I'm blind... but what is the optimal 6L when using Tornado shot with Drillneck?

I've read through the guide and couldn't find this information :/.


And has anyone else devised a more reliable/automatic method of cursing enemies? I keep letting my power charges drop.

You do realize that 90% of that double damage was not because of your Surgebinders right?
7 Frenzy charges at 4% MORE damage, and 4% increased attack speed each are the bulk of your damage increase, as are the 3 power charges at 50% increased crit chance.

I made the comparison for you so you don't have to. To prove that Maligaro's are more powerfull. I even used sub-optimal ones for the calculation.

In the end you can play the game however you like, if you like Surgebinders, than by all means go and use them. But don't spread incorrect information in here saying that they are more powerfull than Maligaro's because they clearly aren't (at least not for this build). There are a lot of people coming to this thread for advise, and you don't want to give them the wrong information.

Best gloves by far for this build are acuities, tbey give life, save u at least 2 ibtelligence nods and provide the all important instant mana leech. 2nd best are maligaros


Dont underestimate well-rolled rares, bro. They can have life, decent evasions, additional damage (physical included), resists, accuracy, and so on. Well-rolled rare will be far better than Maligaro.



I agree with this; one aspect of char that is easy to manage for me after 2.0 is damage (real, not just toolpit). Be it mostly ele+LL or mostly phys, whatever you want. That's considering I have 6/10 eq tops and pretty defensive tree. Maligaro's are sweet but that 50/35 or even 50/50 is by no means no-brainer (for this particular build).

True.

I suspect it's not so popular because is has very little defence for our build.
- No resists
- No charges
- Armor instead of evasion

It's great for damage combined with drillneck, effectively giving you a 7L. However, since damage is not really an issue with this build, people often pick a more defensive chest like Daresso's/Hyrri's or rare high evasion+life+resists chest piece.

Which Mods should my Jewels have?

I saw, that I have one unassigned slot, and t he other filled with the 15% piercing Jewel we got from q Eust...need to upgrade them!

that's quite complex question -


offenisve - +%phys dmg(with bows), +attack speed, +%crit chance/multi, even something like this could temporary do if you used Hatred + WED

If you had drillneck that pierce jewell u mentioned would be nice.
Quite decent would be probably %phys dmg with bows, att speed, crit multiplier for example



deffensive- +%life, +%resi if neccessary, +%eva;



utility, gem req etc - something like this:
or INT variation.

I can confirm added fire is marginally better than WED on my 5 link. AF 15 gives me 13.9k DPS fully buffed, WED 19 only gives 13.5k. Wait, have you tested with PtL + WED and AF + WED? From your chest i see only 1 of the gems alone, cause you have no spots for the other one.


I have not, as I stated I tested in a 5 link to confirm that just one isn't worth it.
