From the changes they made in this patch I can only assume the devs are not in touch with what is really happening in the endgame. the HEALTH of the endgame is okay, but the game is NOT FUN. We dont need to drop a shit ton of stuff but we do need to drop more, we need to be able to get loot by killing monsters and have that rewarding feeling that an arpg should give. Current state of the game is way too easy (t17 nerfs were never needed, not all content needs to be for casual players) and as a consequence it is boring after only 2 weeks in. Hopefully content creators get their stories straight and send a messagge to GGG and maybe they will address the situation, but i don't have much hopes for this patch anymore honestly.
So i was bored so i came to check the forum, see how people are doing, and reading some of these comments made me think, i've been sitting at the pc for about 2 hours with my character in the hideout, doing anything and everything else than running maps; i love the idea of playing poe, but when i go into poe i get this dreadful feeling when i'm about to run a map, it just feels off and irrelevant, like there's nothing to run a map for. I'm halfway in the process of making my int stacker, which should be really exciting to get the build up and running, but the more i think about this league as a whole the more i realise that there's no point, cause i'm already doing the hardest content and running t17s day and night. I get my build running and then what? there's nothing else to improve my character for, i'd maybe run 1-2 of the same maps, doing the maps in the same way maybe slightly faster and then just quit. My point? While the drops are bad and i'm complaing about that as well, myself and everyone else can get currency, but the problem isn't scarcity in currency itself, or atleast not the main problem, it's the lack of difficulty and interesting strategies. Last league you farmed stuff to get to t17 to get to abyss hoardes to get to blight explosions to get to alva or whatever else, this league it's strongboxes and nerfed blight that are waaay easier than before.

I'm impressed we even got to where we are, all you had to do is see the sentiment of the streamers and their communities, quin already quit, ruetoo has been complaining since day1 and for good reason, cutedog has gone from 12h streams to 6, to 4, to now playing arc raiders and whatever else, that alone should tell you the disappointing state of the league, so how come you're not changing anything? do you even play your own game? it feels like there's a huge disconnect between the game and the people in charge of it.

I don't even know anymore, the game's just in a bland and boring state, there needs to be a lot of changes, and the least they could do before they figure those changes is to revert to how it was last league... i mean it won't save this league, the majority of players already quit or are about to, but the direction we're going right now is not a good one at all.
I quit league, it feels horrible. Can be very appealing to casual players who can get started easily now because of the breach tree. I mostly play standard league, but it feels horrendous right now. We play with legacy mf gear in party. We tried ww hunting abyss with 2 nemeses and the scarab that makes the abyss "more rewarding" whatever that means(forgot scarabs name). 6.7k blue juice, 2.8k yellow juice - we looted 3 valdos, 4 exalts, 52 chaos orbs. IN PARTY WITH LEGACY QUANAT GEAR.

Way to go GGG, amazing changes! This is definitely what the CORE playerbase want. No loot, terrible juicing! Hell yeah!
Always nerf everything thats fun and keep the most annoying stuff in the game. Thats the vision lads!

the entire communtiy is complaining about ground loot and we get basicly nothing regarding that ? why ?

the game is about ground loot but it shifts more and more into just farming alot of gold and than translate that gold to currency, why !?
example: im lvl 96 and i got a single div drop in maps but i got idk .. prolly 20+ from klicking "send ship" you guys really want the game to be like that ?
like you literally farm money and than you go to the slot machine put all your money in and hope for divs ? and yeah u also need that money just to buy stuff (via insta trade) that already costs currency that you already paid with your gold for.

think about how stupid this is, you guys basicly even doubled down on that with the tree, you map and u get nothing and than u go to the slotmachine tree and hope for a 20d stack. (didnt get a single div from tree too btw)

like honestly i just feel like im only playing to have gold to send shipments because thats the only thing that drops some frequent divs.
thats so lame, like i really like the faulborns but mapping just feels off, i can run 10 maps and i dont drop a singel exiting item like a div or whatever.

i know the super omega high investing juicers still get some stuff, but the normal ppl doing some random alc and go strat .. i challange you guys to run a avarage build thats avarage clear speed and do some bad/mid alc and go strats that are about normal ground loot.
do 10 maps and than look at your loot and tell me thats ok and thats the way a rpg thats about killing stuff and looting them for exiting stuff should be like.

do you guys remember breach league ? breaches were fun and dropped a ton of loot, i remember breach league was my first league where i made good currency, just by doing the breaches, compare that to this league and find the error.

after seeing your post here i decided to test my current opinion that loot is utterly trash and since i think u are playing ambush strat i went for that also. I bought 3 T17 for 2-3 div each fortress maps all above 400 currency rolled 3 containment scarabs for 4 div fully setup atlas for ambush strategy made video of 2 runs in case you are right or if your= provide some highly skilled comment that loot is fine after one more utterly disgusted experience of ,, VISIONS,,
My result after those maps is a loss of 8 divines because i managed to drop 2 valdo boxes in last map and i picked up most of the chaos or equivalent so confirmed loot is horific for me atleast and I am bored and rather close to uninstalling this game for a while again because when I see VISIONS of GGG managment from time to time i feel sorry for people that designed this AMAZING visualy experience of a league. I would express my self in more detailed version but the post would probably be removed how I feel of VISIONS and the results of it. If I was the investor I would make very quick and instant patch decisions in management after this amount of flame and drop off players. Game lost more players in 2 weeks than the usual drop off by a large margin and most of my friend list are dedicated players sitting in their HO
This is no loot related patch, this is scarabs related and even they arent dropping like they should. People were complaining about a lot of walls and you added more. Breach is still unrewarding enough. For a solo play you cant get anything useful, the 5 way is still the best tactic but not everyone plays with 4 other players. Other leagues I played for almost 3 months but this one is already boring. The only way to get raw divines is settlers and we had that league for almost an year.
