I agree that the community is getting more sour, but the game is literally all about loot.
Wanna build an int stacker? Loot.
Wanna push the limits? Loot.
Want to do anything out of the 10 meta builds and still do most content? Money, which is from loot.

It's a balance of difficulty and reward; last league was apparently too rewarding.

The complexity is still there for anyone who loves theorycrafting, but the game is held up by all the folks that just want to play and loot.

soul eater headhunter is actually interesting, even if its not as powerful, that is exactly what foulborn should be.


more interesting stuff like that soul eater or the +2 mana per level ring, or the explode bereks respite, or the alternate inspired learning, or the spell block on the fake squire that made the unique viable.
please dont waste all out time with obviously uninteresting nonsense or fucking QOL stuff that obviously should exist as an option in the menu and not linked to an item mod that nerfs the actual stats.

There is plenty of good foulborn items, they did a incredible job on some of the mods which I'm already using in my builds. Just cause you don't like it don't mean it's not good. I would gladly give up 60-70 life for the rare icons. It's obvious with foulborn they are testing some idea's for the future which may come along.

As usual on every post because reading comprehension is difficult, people assume because something isn't directly explained and explicitly stated in every single post, it never happened and won't happen.

So yes, you dooming exiles...they absolutely aren't working on end game changes or anything other than breach and it's actually just one of the guys dogs that is coding the changes.

The foulborn utula's hunger is pretty meh, like you can easily just get a high es rare body armor and that doesnt require all your other armor to have no defense mods, if it was just no energy shield mods that could be cool, you could scale like ward or armor/evasion on your other gear and get a bunch of flat es on the body armor.

I mean we got around 250 of them and I've seen a good bunch of them being played. Obviously some of them are just for leveling like the bramble jack, which by the way I think is a great armour for leveling to act 5.

I think the Cybils is a very interesting item. It's already played on some CoC builds but this one could actually encourage block scaling for right side or even duelist builds.

The other one interesting to me is the Vaal Caress. With the addition of the new Vaal Ascendancy this could be insanely powerfull for Vaal skills like Fireball maybe? Or Vaal Burning Arrow?

Just ignore people without supporter packs, many of these folk is bots, and people parroting something a streamer said. See several in this thread talking about loot like they are end magic find experts with no supporter packs and fresh account, Look at the age of the account and realize not to get bothered by it. After I check some of the profiles you realizing you getting mad at bots and new accounts who probably watched a stream and parrot what the streamer said. I've been playing heavily in the last few patches and GGG has done a excellent job this patch especially.
