| Good nerf for KR. It's still an insane single target skill with basically 175% base attack damage, with the downside of the dps being delayed from anomaly. And it also has the shotgun effect, so technically you can assume 3 anomalys (I'm guessing) will hit, making it 525% attack dmg. Which still is absurdly strong. |   |
