is Kinetic rain suppose to be 125%? Not 25%? Seems a bit rash from 150%

What the point with Kinetic Rain at 25% base dmg? Why don't you just man up and remove it if it's this broken and you can't fix it?

All you people complaining about Kinetic Rain are such meta-slaves ; like you literally cannot enjoy the game and have fun UNLESS you play the most strong / broken stuff out there. What a sad mindset.
Play a skill because you enjoy the playstyle and mechanics, and just enjoy the game without being such meta slaves. Affliction and Necropolis worst leagues ever. The current game design has slowly turned this game into a loot-shower fest, chase uniques are way too available; and obtaining chase items through stacked decks and valdo's boxes simply isn't fun.

What are the Value of Living Lightning support summons?
Or it's same secret as "summon phantasms" and we will only know when someone "reverse engineer" it? or we will see 100% increased values week 1? |

Saw this comming yall really thought they'd let a skill go through that strong, it's as expected.
