Changing premium tabs to merchant

Ive looked everywhere under my account and i see no option to upgrade...in fact the website is telling me i dont have access to poe2 when i have played over 700 hrs :(

Same here, I checked my account and I don't see an option to upgrade my premium tabs... not sure where its at or if something wrong with my account.

+1 to this. I only see "Overview" on the left side, with all of my current PoE 2 characters on the right side. No option seems to exist anywhere on either the PoE 1 or PoE 2 websites for upgrading my premium tabs into merchant tabs
