Final Chance for ExileCon Tickets!

Is there any further information regarding picking up tickets? The initial posts mentioned going to the center to pick them up on Friday, but is there a time frame to do so? If we're busy doing other travel activities that day can we pick up our tickets on Saturday?

Maybe one day in the future I will be able to attend an Exilecon. Sucks to be a full-time student atm :((
