The immediate and cheap upgrade is to buy lvl 21 Vortex, Creeping Frost and Vaal Cold Snap. Your DoT DPS will immediately go up by ~14%. The next big upgrade should be a chest that provides you +4 to vortex and creeping frost. Other considerations: 1. 2 divines worth of 5 ways should get you to level 97. 2. I recommend using a quartz flask instead of a silver flask if you are facing issues walking pass mobs. 3. Get 20% quality on your life flask to recover more life. 4. You can get a legacy of fury with a useful corruption implicit (e.g. 6% maximum life) 5. Get 20% quality on these gems: Defiance Banner, Divine Blessing, Flame Dash, Elemental Weakness, Awakened Ele Focus, Awakened, Swift Affliction, Awakened Controlled Destruction. Yup, this one has VCS. I saw that you have upgraded your gems to lvl 21 and you are lvl 97 now. The next big upgrade will be a chest that upgrades the gem levels of your vortex and creeping frost gems. You will also get a boost to your DPS when your awakened elemental focus gem hits lvl 5 as it will provide +1 to the gem levels of vortex and creeping frost. The price of 5-ways will generally increase over the course of the league, while SOTL will probably dip or remain the same.
