Technical Support - Mac OSX Ventura - item with the same name already exists error - SOLVED - Forum

1. Run the "Path of exile" app and let it shows the error Now, the icon appears in the dock. Close the error message. 2. Go to the folder mentioned in the posts before. user/username/library/application support/path of exile 3. Delete 2 icons in the folder with the name: Path of Exile.app! Path of Exile.app 4. I have this issue but I don't have the folder mentioned. Even searched the entire mac for "Path of Exile.app" and there is nothing. I've checked both on the Macontish HD\Library and also Macontish HD\Users\User\Library and it's in neither of those. Would love some help, just wanna grind PoE all day on christmas ^^ Edit: I found it... wasn't looking in application support. This solution appears to be working for me. Thanks! I have to say, it took me way too long to find my library in this: "user/username/library/application support/path of exile." After a little search I found this: In Finder, when you click on the Go menu at the top of the screen, “Library” usually isn’t present on the list.
