Yes, the items with fire damage to attacks are sabotaging your DPS. They trigger elemental equilibrium before the explosion, so your explosion and ignite damage are doing way less damage than they should be. On my setup, for instance, it drops my ignite damage from 21.6 million to 13.3 million.

And no, Blizzard crown is not mandatory. It's a great option, and very likely best in slot, but I ran most of the league with The Gull and had no problems.

Your Precision is way overleveled, and so it reserved too much mana. Start with a level 1, and push it up a level or two at most.

If you check the POB from post #1, you'll see the included precision is only level 3.
