What is your budget? Are you looking to increase damage or survivability?

You could look into buying or saving for an impossible escape jewel with precise technique (very expensive). If you do this you can get rid of the totem master wheel near Ancestral Bond to get the nodes around precise technique. You can take the totems taunt master at the bottom of the tree.

Try swapping over to shaper of storms ascendancy from Bastion and see how it feels. This adds a ton of damage but you do lose the aegis shield.

From what i read on these forums is you really don't want quality on your EA. Just get a 21/0. The skill effect duration makes it so the explosions happen slower. You want them to happen faster when mapping. A 21/0 EA gem is super cheap to replace.

If you want to shoot for total elemental ailment avoidance get a shormshroud (4 div) and use Essence of Torment on boots along with Grand Eldrich embers to get your shock avoidance to 100%.

Can confirm that dropping the watchtowers anointment for something more fun works just fine with the "complete" gear, at L99. In mapping mode - with Purity of Elements - you are still able to hit 18 fuses, for 20M+ DPS on trash.
Swapping in Malevolence for uber bosses you are still hitting 20 fuses and are hitting the games DOT cap.

So you don't need 6 totems.

PS. How hasn't this build been nerfed? You drop bombs that attract and kill stuff while you go do something safe: far, far away. You don't need to target anything. On bosses, even if you *die* the totems keep killing stuff for you.

Meanwhile a whole bunch of 3Million DPS builds that require you to fight have all been nerfed to oblivion.

You've been lied to. Next time you die in a maven crucible or other boss wait to go back to hideout and watch your six totems continue to do work.

A good learning in tough fights is not to release until all your totems are dead and the last ignite has expired. Its a bit of a cheese, and very hard to resist the temptation to dash back in. Meditate that your totems are simple better players than you.

Another top tip if you are suffering from death while mapping is picking the Atlas node that reduces monster damage. You have more than enough DPS to deal with their added life and its the shingle biggest bump to defense I've implemented. Probably obvious, but I only figured this out about level 96.

Hello All,

Having a fun time with this build so far. I do struggle on some of the Runic guards dudes in expeditions in t16 maps. Some I cant actually kill. Little squishy but usually fine a slong as I keep moving, moving is life.

Currently have about 20 D I can throw at gear. I also have a few double temple corrupts sitting.Wonder if I need to link the pob or can you folks see my player?

I have some problems, i cant replace my Devouring Diadem, because i cant sustain my Auras otherwise.
Same goes for the chest, without Hyrri´s Ire i dont have enough Dex and spell suppression.
Defense wise its not bad, i mostly die because i didnt pay attention, but it could be better, PoB says im at around 6Millon Dps.
If i had to chose, i would rather go more damage than more defensive, but maybe both is possible ?
My Budget is around 20 Divine Orbs.
Hope someone can point me in the right direction. :)
