Failed to Connect to Instance

Failed to connect to instance. Xbox series X. CA/TX/WDC servers all do it. If I’m lucky enough to login, I can’t stay in for more than a few instances before it’s back to login. I’ve tried everything to no avail. Hard reboot/power cycle of Xbox and router/modem. Refreshing instance, reinstalled game. Any help would be appreciated.

To everyone in this thread, can you check if your ISP uses the IPoE or the PPPoE protocol?

Been having this issue all day yesterday, and still today. Nothing changed on my side prior to it. The game worked fine all league, and then smack. I cannot play at all anymore. Every instance, I have a 90% chance of getting sent to the start screen with "Failed to connect to instance.". Acts, my hideout, Kingsmarch, maps, anything... all give this DC. I tried deleting cache folders, updating drivers, verifying game files, reinstalling the game, restarting my router and Xfinity gateway, restarting my PC, uninstalling Nvidia Broadcast, DX12 versus Vulkan versus DX11 all causing the same crashes, Lockstep versus Predictive, Fullscreen versus Windowed Fullscreen, I disabled upscaling, tried turning off overlays, I increased cache size in my Nvidia drivers, tried different Nvidia settings. Literally nothing is working. I spent a lot of money on tabs this league too, and got to 99 and wanted to hit level 100 for the first time. This is a crime. Fix your game GGG.

I've been trying to enter the game for 1 week and it always gives the same PID 60 error, São Paulo servers

Having same issue, game hangs on loading screen upon entering almost every zone.. unplayable game right now. Tried with and without Exitlag for different routing options etc. London

I'm having the exact same problem. I tried to flush my ip, i tried exitlag too, unistalling too and the problem persist. GGG Fix the game please.

Getting issues trying to play. Very often when reaching a new area I get the "Failed to connect to instance message". Usually I can create a new map instance holding CTRL and after a few tries it works, but it is really annoying when it happens after joining a Town as it keeps trying to spawn me on the same instance that I am not able to connect to.

Same problem with desync.

This problem just started for me last week with a new character doing standard campaign. I have other characters that dont suffer this, so it has to be something recently changed with the system. It was just lucky that i scheduled to do a fresh installation of my OS and everything else (including POE), so I dont think its anything on my side.

The way to get around this I found was to start a new instance, however, this wont work doing the Trials, and unfortunately I forgot Sarn was one of these disconnecting areas and now I cant log into that character. I have started another character but still with the same issue.

edit: ffs now its happening with my old characters.
