For those wondering about the Fortify buff - It says you need 40 Str in the radius but it works without having 40 str (I tested it - You need to put the jewel in the slot under the "Endgame tree". Not sure if it's a bug but we'll take it lol

EDITED: i've looked well in that area and is not a bug there are 40 str points just that the pob is not counting well :))

You get it permanently look here;
(1.3) Explanation of Defensive Layers
When u get Acendancy: Rapid Assault you get onslaugh permanently so getting the last one Avatar of the Chase is like monsters trying to hitting you is like playing to lotery :)

I dont get it or i dont understand well how should i use the vigilant strike to get fortify, using one of the linked abilities like you mentioned desecrate for get more corpse and after that use general's cry wont give me the fortify o how to do it can u explain please?
IGN: UMRaider (LVL 77) --still on the respec and shitty gear im on maps t2 recently trying to get better gear not even resist capped :)
I found that the place to put Vigil jewel not getting enought strength so i think is better to place the jewel at the left side on top of the life points where is more strength and get the fortify from the jewel..
The fortify setup works like this...
You desecrate to create bodies. General's Cry creates a minion from the bodies that uses Vigilant Strike and run up to smack an enemy in the face with it. The Vigil jewel makes it so that fortify buff from vigilant strike is shared among the team. This means when the minion smacks something then you get the buff being in the same team as the minion. This method of applying the buff used to make it last for 30 seconds, but that has been nerfed to 12 seconds I think now.

When you can basically get 4K+ mana IMHO from a path of building based on your current build. I finished Act10 earlier and haven't switched yet. The main reason I havent' switched is because I am trying to get the gear I need first. Also, try to at least been leveling bladefall and bladeblast in your alt weapons so you won't be starting with low level gems.

Yes,it is very piano build because that general cry spamming, need some alternatives. something self triggering maybe? Not really noob friendly build unfortunately.
ye i notic it! well i did go to the old immortal call self cast. looks like ti working fine for now.
give 1 less button atm . to get use to the rest of it
i did just read the cons when i picked it. and it did say 2 buttons build :P mby did miss undersatund thet:P

Just tested ingame, i don't get the graphical effect of fortify nor the buff in the buff bar :/ (Even with full setup with virgil, etc)
it seems it's not bugged ingame haha
