Hi i got question about generals cry after the last nerf it only up 5 sec are you supose to spamm it eavry 5 sec ? or have i done somthing wrong?

Yes,it is very piano build because that general cry spamming, need some alternatives. something self triggering maybe? Not really noob friendly build unfortunately.

If Arcane capacitor passive gives 10% chance to gain Lv.1 arcane surge buff when kill mob. How does this work together with high Lv. Arcane Surge support gem (linked with Arcane cloak)?
