Am I missing something? I've tried using the Vigil jewel but It didn't do anything.
The duration was specifically nerfed this league from 30 seconds to 12 seconds.

the jewel got nerfed a bit in 3.14
The Vigil unique Jewel now grants Fortify with a base duration of 8 seconds (previously 12 seconds).
also the jewel need to be socketed in here

Are you sure that second wind works with arcane cloak ?
It says non instant skill and arcane cloak is instant cast.

Oh that's a bummer.
I know about the jewel, but I'm not using it since I don't use General's Cry.. Should I use the jewel even if I melee Vigilant Strike?

I'm playing this build in league right now, I have all the gear to hit around 10k mana once I'm around level 90.
I just got a bottled faith while running cortex for a feared run; would it be worth to swap wrath for zealotry and drop EO? I feel like I would have more than enough crit with BF and supreme ego + zealotry but not sure.

Pretty sure we really don’t want to use immortal call, this would share a cool down with arcane cloak. We need arcane cloak for big DPS and defensive buff.
Arcane cloak on space bar works for me pretty well.

The vigil got nerfed in between. It was 12 sec, it's 8 sec now. But i think there is somehting else too
