[3.21] Cold Conversion Summoner | Build guides for all budgets | (Ghazzy Zoomancer)

Thank you guys!

But unfortunately I didn't understand how these 2 pieces work together. What does make explosions? What gives shock thing to AG? Sorry if it's a nooby question =(

Hi there, maybe a stupid Question here but I couldn't find an answer to this while reading the last 10 pages. My question is: How do we get block on our own character? Since we use Necro Aegis the block chance on the shield goes to our minions. Or am I missing something? I am sitting on 12% Block Chance on Attack Damage and this is very low.

Get Rumi's Concoction and Divergent Bone Offering(With 20% offering mastery) and you will be capped on attack block and at ~60% spell block cap. You can get Mystic Bulwark aswell in the tree for spell block cap.

Thanks for the Advice. I am already using Rumis. I like Flesh Offering more than Bone Offering but i will give it a try on harder content.
Also upgraded my chest into Lords with Acrobatics.

So I tried this build two leagues ago and majorly failed, but that was my first league and I didn't know what I was doing nearly as much as I do now.

That said, my AG died 3 times in Ultimatum, and now I lost him to sirus just two days ago.

I plan to de-summon him for sirus from now on, but are there other bosses I need to fear? Do the maven beams destroy him?

Also, any specific content? I know he can die in HOTGM, and I know deep-delving is off limits. Anything else?

Veritania's tornados with +2 proj mod on the map may be deadly if your AG stands right beneath her. Al-Hezmin's pool is a death sentence to each of your minions. High level Logbooks may be dangerous as well, as some mods may make monsters deal a lot of damage and take very few. Boss on the Mausoleum map can kill your AG in Maven's Invitational, as one of his abilities is DD and detonation of a boss' corpse releases colossal damage. All other types of content are safe.

There are alot of map bosses too that randomly can oneshot even the tankiest of AGs. The Masouleum Boss has a corpse explosion mechanic where he can blow up corpses for a % of their HP as damage.

When doing Maven invitations, he will cast this ability on boss corpses whi have ALOT of max hp and oneshot the entire screen.

The primordial blocks boss can also oneshot him as the stones which roll around charge up in damage. If the stones charge up enough and AG gets hit by it he gets oneshot.

Acid Cavern has 3 bosses, one of which does a stacking poison dot that literally will kill your entire army if you don't oneshot them. Always desummon AG for that boss.

As for actual bosses, Sirus can be an AG killer if you don't run Indomitable Army. I just realized I've removed Indom army from our tree so we don't have it. Sirus applies corrupted blood with his die beam. This will kill your entire army if they get hit by Die beams.
I might have to consider getting a second neck for Sirus alone and annoint Indom Army. Fight will be extremely hard without it cause minions will die.

Veratania also shotguns your minions with her ice projectiles when in melee range. You can reposition minions to not get hit by it, but honestly. Just desummon the AG vs her.

The chest makes all monsters killed explode and deal huge AoE damage. These explosions chain react and oneshot packs. The explosions are caused whenever something is killed. The gloves make it so every kill close to him is counted as if he killed them proccing Inpulsa.

Skitterbots have 2 different Auras. One skitterbot has a Chilling Aura while the other has a Shocking Aura. The Shocking Aura allows for AG to explode with Inpulsa.

It's things like this that remind me why I love PoE so much :D

Great updates with the guide btw, and thanks for the continued replies in this post (plus other posters too!). I'm about to switch to using determination + Skin of the Loyal, so hoping to see a defensive boost - just in time for the Scourge update! Next will be +3/minion dmg helm, might do some delving for fossils and try to craft something.
Given the gem link changes in the chest to account for phantasms - has this changed what we consider a 'viable' Skin of the Loyal/Lords colour wise?

Given that 0R 4B 2G is the new 'ideal' colours, what's the worst we can deal with? (now that EDWA is out)

I'm thinking in order of best to worst of the other colour options:
0R 3B 3G
0R 4B 2G
1R 3B 2G
1R 4B 1G
0R 5B 1G
1R 2B 3G
0R 2B 4G

Happy to hear your thoughts!

Also, to that end ould you give any quick suggestions for what the 4th green or 5th blue gem (or even a 2nd red) would be in those setups - similar to the previous section on how to deal with bad colour combinations?

Thanks in advance and loving the theorycrafting that is going on in this thread as the league unravels.

The best all around colors in my opinion is this:
1. 4b-2g (Best all around)
2. 5b-1g (Best single target)
3. 4b-1g-1r (Good all around)
4. 3b-3g (Best AoE)
5. 3b-2g-1r

All of these combinations are more than viable. Each color option excells at different aspects.

Other less optimal but playable combinations include:
3b-2r-1g (Problem is there's only 1 good red gem. Empower4 could be considered but Phantasms don't scale from Empower)
2b-2g-2r (Useable, but I wouldn't spend money on it personally)
Possibly a stupid question... Is it possible to re-colour Skin of the lord/loyal? It says that you cannot change the sockets. But on my Skin of the Loyal I could simply change the colors with chromatics. Is that also possible with the Skin of the Lords?

If this is the case we only need to look at the right mod (EE) on it.

@Deadandlivin: Thank you very much for all your support. I´m not feeling as strong as I want to be with the build but think that with some more curency we are on a good way. We just need to find the right approach between damage and survivability.
Any tips for getting 100% uptime with BV? I'm using Lifetap with it because I don't have the mana for it to cast without it.
