Sorry if this was already mentioned, but has this build been nerfed at all in 3.13? How badly does the earthshatter nerf affect it? were there any buffs to balance it out?

What are the main differences between Champ and Jugg ES? Seems like more people tend to play it on Champion

" Jugg can get a lot of chaos res for free, huge aoe because of endurance charges, can be fast. A lot of physical mitigation and resistance. This guide is wrong about what happens during Earthquake. Apparently Shockwave doesn't proc the earthshatter spikes to explode.
