What should I focus on my gear ? I dont understand, but my dps is still too low... I got like 19 free exalts now

My DPS is really low atm, I'm currently in tier4-5 maps, but I can't really identify what i'm missing. Here's the dps calcs from PoB. Thanks for the guide.

invest into the build dude, it won't deal damage if you are pushing it with a 4l all the way and without doing merc labs or higher.

Your gems setup are wonky, your gear are the basic life and res setup.

Maloney is not enough to get 15 stacks of wither, you need anomalous withering step on top of that. Besides, go upgrade your amulet if possible and helmet

1) I still don't get the right way to use withered step here. Can you explain it a bit? Isn't withered step has like 3 sec of wither applied? How to stack it up to 15?
2) How to use poachers mark? Simply apply it to the bosses without any tricks?

1. Step on bosses then use it, it will apply around 8-11 stacks (ano version) instantly. Use it when you start dpsing the boss, not when you are dodging / running around

yep, until lvl 21/20 second wind

21/20 gives 1% cdr if im not wrong, is still worth it to use it for that 1%?

This is my first time I think when I'm writing a post on forums, but I'm shot :( I have survivability and a small damage issues. I am following the guide bast as I can, and searching for players on poe ninja who builds this to get some insights. I have som currency for upgrades, but the survivability is really bothering me and I dont know what to do next, or what upgrades should I choose and do from the guide. Could someone look at my issues please? Much appraciated.
