Self cast has more value than trigger (since you can't utilize the quality on trigger rings, which is frenzy on hit)

6L Caustic is for clearing, you could put it on your 2nd weapon set (press X) and use it only when you are clearing, If you dislike weapon swapping, you can put it as a 2nd 6l.

Yes, all map bosses are viable. For map mods prob avoid no regen, that's it.

I would say avoid the bosses that moves a lot. Hunter is an example, but i believe you can still kill him with ease on low tiers.

Can this build farm The Feared (rare rarity) on 20ex budget, or it needs much more investment for that?

Lvl 3 Clarity is more regen than Alira... Just use that while levelling if you need it.

It's practically the same build but different ascendancy. Its on the same class and gearing is similar , so you can always respec and try out both.

Thanks for the replies and help! Honestly, 80% of choosing a build for me lies on how clear and how good the creator's support is, so I'm very happy to try this one in an hr! :)

Playing a ranger is in my bucket list because I really love that class and I was never able to play it successfully (I played it my first season and I didn't know what I was doing hehe)

Everybody like different aspects of POE, and for me "finishing" POE means killing all "big" bosses. It just feels like I failed if I can't tackle the big guys.

Last league I played deadandlivin's carrion golems, and it just DELETED the whole game, by far my most successful build, deadandlivin is a great creator, and I love minions... but as I said, I really want to play a ranger and your build seems to be very powerful and it's explained very nicely.
