Been really enjoying this build. i built "the chase" version with basically 10% of what i had invested into my baron build and i'm basically at the point i just need eye/skyforths. last build cost me probably 110ex and was nowhere near as fun as this build. Tyvm for sharing :)
Just want to share my 97% Lightning damage ring too. Probably the only thing stopping me switching to skyforths is this beauty & my boots
ele dmg with attacks dont work for stormbrand "ring with high mana outscale your opal ring.
and the boots are nice for resist, but skyforth is away better with stun immunity and power charges and mana

atm 29hours later and i´m level 91 and cleart all content with 8.6 mill shaper dps "with chain" and 6,8k ES without Clarity Watcher´s eye.
Rly strong build and i precious your work.
Wish i could try your version of the build but i cant afford the rings,i did changes to my tree a bit after yours for more survability because it drives me crazy how much i die in maps

Hi, i tested 2 different tree´s, the original one from the first page.
and a new version with less dmg "respec Shaman´s Dominion and go over Unnatural Calm
with that and other nodes i got over 8,2k ES. without ES watchers eye.
until you play t16 60%+ Delirium, the dmg is fine and the tankiness.
but for t16 100% delirium you need more ES and enough dmg, and this isnt possible without the Watchers eye.
atm i have 7k es and 11,7mill shaper dps without chain.
with chain 7,7mill. My next Goal is Watcher´s Eye. for 10k es ~, with that high ES i should avoid this random oneshots. Dmg is enough for t16 100% Delirium.
I bought a Weapon with the Temple modifier "gain and spell dmg + high mana. annuled annoying suffix/prefix and multi modded + slam.
Yeah was pretty lucky and needed many trys.
BiS Weapons looks like :
100+ Spell dmg 5% of non chaos damage
17~ cast speed
100+ Mana
Crit Multi
Crit Chance
Gain #% of Lightning Damage as Extra Chaos Damage "8% is possible with crafting bench, but i dont have the recipe"

What anoints are recommended for this build? The Foible I bought for leveling (and endgame) already came with Explosive Runes, so just been rolling with that, but is there a better choice?

Heartseeker best budget annoint.
Mana flows for lower dps but higher Energyshield "golden oil"

There are quite a few options: Mana Flows, Heart Seeker, Explosive Runes etc.
You are gonna want to sim it in POB tho since the gains depends on what gear and stats you got.
I've been looking at your POB where you got 17m shaper dps, do you mind taking a look at mine to see if im doing something wrong?
Even with Nimbleness once I get lv95, and a new Wand with more crit, heartseeker on neck etc i seem to end up with like 15m dps. Where am I looking wrong?

You may be out damaging me! POB: https://pastebin.com/4EDc6kJu. Added nearby enemies take 20% increased and 10% more to your amulet. These are for sign of purpose and arcane capacitor respectively. Most people don't use POB fork so I had to find a place to stick these.
Thanks for clearing that out! I ended up grabbing Awekened Controlled Destruction, also got char lv94 and got Nimbleness. Ended up at almost 19m shaper dps without manually casting Arcane Cloak (Felt "clunky" playing that way).
Might swap back to manually casting Arcane later, but I manage simulacrum lv20 (all 5's) and AW8 sirus etc so I see no need for it atm seeing as i dont feel it's a smooth playstyle.

Put arcane cloak on left click and storm brand on space bar. Hold forever.
