Hello! Loving the build so far, machine gun style :P Found a Quill Rain, so it even more machine gun. But i have a question! What does the "[/b]" mean in this? " 1st 4L (or 2L+2L) = CWDT(7) + Steelskin (9)+[/b] + Ice Golem(9) + Increased Duration(20) It like a bold closing tag in bbcode... Also cast when damage taken (7) means, only allow it to level 7?
