Just respec'd my Ice Crash Jugg into this, mostly geared I think, tried out a few t11 maps to check damage/survivability. Got nuked once by a metamorph but otherwise seem to hold up okay. Wondering where my critical upgrade points are, thank you!

Looking good, id lower the CWDT in your ball lightning link to lv1, aside from that your in the same situation I am damage wise, you have to get pretty creative.

I went back and added up my totals just from my custom, added crafted modifiers, from those alone I have;

+60% Increased Damage
+28% Increased Damage During Flask Effects
+22% Increased Area of Effect Range
+16% Increased Area Damage
+1 Level to Righteous Fire Gem
+1 Level to Increased AoE Gem

Thats pretty crazy, all that just from my crafting bench extras.

Haha yeah, it was a fun build but the Metamorph freeze bug really fucked it. Wanted to try something else. I also didn't feel like I could do top tier end game with it. Thank you for the advice I'll aim for some of those buffs.
Can someone take a look at my setup and give some advice? SSf btw.
Ya its really hard for you SSF guys, I respect the additional challenge you take on playing that league but idk how you guys do it, I spend hours on end searching for just the right stat combos that I never find naturally start to end in a league.

The only thing that should be easy for you to get right off the bat would be a saffel's frame shield, its well worth the trade off giving up 1 max fire resist for 4 max cold and lightning resist.

Aside from that I guess you just have to farm like 50 kajillion blight oils to craft a golden oil so you can annoint breath of flames ony our amulet.

Then spam all the Jun missions you can to unlock the veiled mods, those are amazing, good luck.
Im happy with rise of the phoenix for now. I dont have a kaoms so even that 55 life is welcomed. At 7k life atm. For the chest im using a 5linked ambus charge for the extra 2% life regen and a bit of hp until i link my crappy rare chest or god forbid i famr a kaoms :D Was thinking of anointing divine judgement first just because its cheaper. And im not sure how EE works with RF (my first RF char). Does RF trigger EE at all so i can just charge in or do i have to wait for ball lightning and such to apply EE??
Ive been fine tuning my gear and replacing things here and there. I came across a new modifier for gloves that is always up for me b/c I use Hinekora ascendancy and also have elemental leech on my sceptre and amulet, so its pretty handy. I also got a good combo going on 1 of my rings, and finally changed my boots to add that chill immunity I wanted.

Guess it doesnt matter for me, tried Sirus tonight for the first time and had no idea wtf was going on, eventually wiped and lost all my progress, now have to re-find and kill all the guardians again....

Ive heard everyone raging about that fight but I didnt think it would be that retarded and im not going to resort to playing a zombiemancer with an entire screen full of minions like 90% of the league is atm to clear the content.

Wrecker_of_Days, do you have any advice on min maxing a sceptre, I picked up a highly rolled Doryani's Catalyst at the start of the build but I see alot of people using tricked out shaper influenced sceptres.
Hey JCOH35!

Influenced Items are almost always the strongest items in the game. They are difficult to find with amazing rolls and even harder to find with amazing rolls that work with the build you're playing.

There are too many good options that would be amazing for a Sceptre and RF. It depends on so many factors. What would likely save you tons of time is this website: http://poedb.tw/us/mod.php?cn=Sceptre. It's already on Sceptres. The left side is a list of Prefixes and the right side is the list of Suffixes.

As you can see, it's crazy. So here's the thing. Come up with a dream list that you could buy (if you're not SFF) and then come up with a craftable option (if you had the Exalts to add a Multicrafted mod to an item.

Sorry it's not a direct answer but I hope it helps.

OP,

Thanks for the response! As you mentioned, this is definitely a build that comes in to its own late-game. I'm already starting to see some real traction on the damage and survival front. My profile is now public. Please let me know what you would suggest I change/improve on. Thanks!
Hey deviantek!

Everything looks great! The only thing that'll help is more life. You have a lot of really good mods on your gear so if you find survivability isn't an issue, don't change a thing. If you find that you're nervous in maps as you get (or already are) into high tier maps, increasing your max life is the key. There are a few items equipped that have low life rolls/crafts. But really, that's only if you feel like you need to change it! Everything else looks great! (And don't forget about that last ascendancy.)

Spoiler
I'm a lvl 92 chieftain here in standard league. I realised I can't do bossing for red maps (t11 to t16) at all due to low/insufficient damage. Most of the time I am cycloning through the normal mobs (I know the guide says we should cap the cyclone gem at lvl 9).

Any ideas/suggestions on what I can improve on? I currently have 7.1k hp, 53% damage reduction and 85% fire resist (without any spells/skills on). Below is my gear thanks.

Hey BigTummy!

To increase your damage, a 5 or 6 link RF would be a huge improvement. Whether you get rid of your chest and put RF there, or get a headpiece that has "socketed" mods that help RF. Higher Life rolls on your gear would help as well. I know getting rid of Kaom's seems contrary to that, but a 5 or 6 linked RF will do more for RF damage than a Kaom's. Also, your weapon could have more applicable mods as well.

- Increased Elemental Damage
- Increased Fire Damage
- Increases to Damage
- Increases to Area Damage
- Burning Damage
- Damage Over Time
- Fire Damage Over Time Multiplier

The fire damage overtime multiplier is really strong. So find/craft a weapon that has more mods that impact RF.

I hope that helps!

I may have been messing up too, I didnt notice the note to leave Cyclone at lv. 9.

Does anyone know why we leave that at 9 and what the difference is of using say a Lv. 21 Cyclone gem if your natural accuracy is around 93%, thanks.
We leave Cyclone at level 9 because of the Dex requirement. It doesn't do damage so we only need it to apply Fortify to us, and EE to enemies every now and then. If you have a level 21 Cyclone, feel free to use it, but don't sacrifice good gear to meet the heavy Dex requirement.
