A have another question about Vile Bastion - is that regen really worth two ascendancy points? Especially when Wicked Ward cuts it by half?
I think about some changes:
- taking Malediction instead of Vile Bastion
- taking Zealot's Oath (6% regen from consecrated ground that is consistently created via Zealotry VS conditional 5% from killing mobs)
- respec Whispers of Doom and have 3 free points

All good, that's why it helps to ask for help in the forums :) Just going through the process sometimes helps to work things out.

You're wife can always try out your proposal and see how it works for her playstyle. Sometimes personal preference comes into these things and the main difference would be the focus on solitary boss killing vs mobs. If it doesn't work that well you can respec Ascendancy points for 5 refund skill points which should be easily achievable with all the currency this league.

The main downside that I see is that Consecrated Ground is probably going to spawn in a specific area, and when you're dodging and dashing, you may not want to be in that area and therefore won't get the benefit.

I know for my own personal mapping style that Vile Bastion matched with Wicked Ward are an invaluable combination. The regen is quite good and once started isn't interrupted which is amazing for survivability. For CI it's also invaluable for the stun immunity but for LL you have that covered with your amulet. I's still take it for the regen though.

If I might make a suggestion about gear, that Dagger is doing absolutely nothing for the build aside from the Trigger suffix. Literally any other wand or sceptre would be a massive improvement for your wife. Basically anything with +1 gems, spell damage, damage over time or combination of the above will be better so long as you have a spare suffix to craft the Trigger attribute.

Might have missed something but where does the additionnal curse for temp chain + frostbite comes from ?

Either whispers of doom or malediction can allow the second curse.

But neither of them are shown in the build guide

I can easily do t16 maps.
But i often killed in 81 82 83 heists, what can i do to be more tanky? expect from raising my energy(i have 6800 with discipline)

How good is this veiled mod? Not sure how to compare a chest with this versus one without.

I don't think its great. 120 isn't much. At the top end most things that kill you will hit you for at least 4000 at a time in my experience.

How do we proc elemental overload?

looking at my pob - crit chance of vortex is 0%
do we need some critical strike chance items?

You crit with the trigger spells in your wand (and the hit portion of cold snap if i'm not mistaken)
