Nobody has tested it yet. Hard to say. Possibly pseudo Tier 1 with investment. With Legacy items in Standard still POG. My 2 cents ofc.

anyone thought about using this belt or tried it before?? i saw some vids with someone using it and it looked pretty decent. iam not worried about dps with this build at all to be honest. (playing standart with legacy items tho^^) my main concern with the changes is ES recovery and staying alive, now that spirit offering is just a resist/dmg buff. that belt is the only thing i can think of, that would refill your ES reliably. no idea tho if vaal pact would be needed as well, needs some testing. | |
" I used this for a few weeks with vaal pact. Its reliable if u are really running through everything without stopping. It needs some practice to get used to, because without sending zombies first u won't survive 5 seconds. As a side note, belts are essential for a build. You will lose lots of HP and ES without a good belt. Maybe I should try again with really high HP using Kaom's or a rare chest. |

With Spirit Offering being nuke to the ground ( according to reddit. i intend to league start Delirium with your build and its my first summoner so i dont really know for sure ) what are your thoughts on switching it out for flesh offering to gain more Attack/Cast/Movement speed for Minions?

Flesh Offering is a very viable option, specially for levelling up , when DPS is an issue. Bone Offering is a QoL of life both for you and your minions when things get rough later on, since Meat Shield factor is HUGE. If you don't plan to use Mistress of Sacrifice, then Flesh Offering all the way.

Brunowa hope you will be able to update your passives and build on time cuz im kinda lost with all new cluster minion and aura jewels so idk how to manage my passives for this league...looking forward for another HH run with zombies:P

He needs time and more information, like theres already 3 realistic locations we could connect the tree to use those special voice jewels; above resolute technique, below unholy might, and left of chaos innoculation but no-one really knows yet how accessible those are going to be etc.
