3.14 KING OF ALL SUMMONERS. Zombies & Skeletons & Spectres on STEROIDS! | League-Start to End-Game

hi guys, I'm a pretty new player and I wanna try this build out even tho I know it got some huge nerfs.

so I was thinking to go by the Saqawals build, is there any other recommendations?

Hey, who said BoneBarrier resistances nerf?

All resistances needs, Bone Barrier nerfs, and headaches gone.

How do you think this build will be now that there are some nerfs? Will it still be the top build? If not, what do you think would be better for survivability, boss damage, and clear. My buddy wants to get to level 100 and is looking for the easiest best build. Also will be levelling at the T15-16 level so needs to not die.

Bow modifiers for Necro:

+1 to Level of Socketed Gems
Socketed Gems are Supported by Level 10 Onslaught
Socketed Gems are supported by Level 10 Blind
Socketed Skills deal 20% more Attack Damage
+1 to Level of Socketed Strength Gems
+1 to Level of Socketed Intelligence Gems
Culling Strike (**don´t know if it applies to us)

add Empower 4, then +2 from ascendency. Add Awakener Gems here and....

I will miss you cyclone spirit offering refilling my ES multiple times a second keeping me alive through everything.
This was my first league and I was so happy to discover a good cheap(necro) build halfway through the league capable of both clearing maps fast and killing bosses without dying. Had I started with this build I am sure I would have been able to reach true endgame content.

is it possible to play cyclone,Desecrate with this new passiv?`

That´s BIG for any Offering+Desecrate.

Necro nerfed very bad I dont think it is playable anymore...
Shaper Touch is vital for str necro and also vital for mana guardians. Mana guardian was the best tank I have ever seen in poe history now there is no actual "tank" in poe!

Bone barrier can be handled not a big deal.

Spirit offering !! at this point necro is useless. No more ES. I think developers never played as a necro before! How to survive without it?

At the end 3 to 5-6 less zombie and they are weaker and no def anymore. What is the point playing as necro? Maybe golems are better atm. spectres nerfed too...

I am sure atm zombies cant even clear all t16s legion spawns at even 5-6mods maps.

Shaper's Touch modified in Path of Building to be 3.10:

(Note Block chance is not added because I haven´t linked Bone Offering yet, Resistances are capped, POB doesnt take into account Ascendancy +30% all Res, by the way, check Chaos Res)

So 6700 Life+7200ES..WITHOUT Clarity Watchers....
