Take Vile Toxins instead of Awakened Void Manipulation. I think its better.

Crafting - mana cost body

Item base: iLvl 86+ Assassin's Garb (or iLvl 100 Sacrifical Garb from The Sacrifice divination card)
Fossils: Serrated Fossil, Pristine Fossil
Mod priority:
1. * Socketed Attacks have -15 to Total Mana Cost
2. +(120–129) to maximum Life
3. [Hunter] (11–15)% of Physical Damage from Hits taken as Chaos Damage (if you use Divine Flesh version)
4. [Hunter] Every 5 seconds, Regenerate 15% of Life over one second
5. Regenerate 1% of Life per second


This is the kind of body that you want.




What would be the next step? I have 6,5k hp but keep dying to random stuff. Using default build.

The gear should be more than enough for end-game, no? Got a corrupted blood jewel as well as one that has damage over time, inc max life and all res in addition to glorious vanity.

At level 74 but only around 4.5k life, will that get better with more hp nodes? Also damage seemed a little bit low, but that's probably because my previous build was ll arc miner with more than 50ex worth of gear lol (also waiting for lvl 80 to start using lvl 6 awakened unbound ailments)
Can you explain the defenses in this build? It says Tanky, but I am constantly one shot and not by metamorphs. I still need some levels but it feels like a glass cannon. Is it the gems and percent max life?

Hm, how much life do you have?

- You are level 81
- You didn't take any of the nodes of the big life wheel
- You are not using Darkscorn + Divine Flesh Jewel (<- this is our big defensive mechanic)
- Belt pretty bad life roll, boots have no life at all (?), Quiver no life, one of your jewels has no life
- I would not already use Devoto + Circle of Nostalgia when I die all the time during leveling. They have no life rolls (you can still use them later after your basics are fixed)

Even the best defensive mechanics wouldnt help much without a good amount of life.

- The Timeless Jewel called Glorious Vanity turns our max chaos resistance to 85% (normally resistances are capped at 75%, 10% more is HUGE damage reduction)
- additionally, Timeless Jewel and also Darkscorn convert a big amount of elemental and physical damage that we take into chaos damage, and because our chaos resistance is 85%, all of that damage gets reduced by a huge amount
- all of this plus a lot of dodge makes us really really really tanky
