Am I missing something? I looked very hard but, how do we sustain endurance charges on hard bosses? We gain endurance charge by killing with chieftain and ralakesh boots, but I don't think I saw endurance charge generation anywhere else specifically for boss fights. Same for Frenzy Charges.
