We cant be sure until patch notes come out, which is a few days before league launch. There might not be direct nerfs to CP, but there might be changes to the tree or chieftain that could affect the build. We'll see. I'm almost sure that it'll be fine tho.

It's very likely that my [3.5] Betrayal league starter will be a LANCING/SHATTERING STEEL DEADEYE build. I will post leveling updates like I have done for this guide.

I may make an expensive Scion alternative guide in addition to the noob/budget/league start friendly Deadeye guide. If I do, I'll post here.

Hmm. You can try to craft an elder helm with Conc or shaper helm with AOE/hypothermia. Or use essence of horror on a helm.

Or, a shaper/elder statstick with some supports that work (crit, maim, added fire, ele atk, faster attack)

But you'll definitely lose some DPS with a kaoms heart. It might be better than a tabula tho.

Will try this build as a starter for Betrayal, hope it won't get nerfed ! But I think it will still be a very good build for a starter even if it gets nerfed...

I keep running out of mana, can anyone tell my what's up?
