Marauder - [3.2] Juggernaut - Tectonic Slam - 1.1 mil DPS - Crit - Stormwall/Hegemony's Era **UPDATED** 3/4/18 - Forum

I seriously think that just tossing Hegemony's out of the build and going with Stormwall for the build is the best option, the more I play with it the more it just is a better weapon. I found the actual stats for it min/max and edited the item in my version of the PoB and overall it is always more DPS than Hegemony's, by a lot. I have to agree: the elemental conversion seems a lot better than the raw crit chance when you only have a 68% chance to crit via the POB. I haven't used the staff personally, so my numbers may be warped, but I'm using a garbage statstick rn (only 7k dmg). "Bonus points if it is Scion/Witch because they have nice knees. IS there a good gem swap out set i could use to farm UBER Lab with until i get a helm enchant for Tech slam the one that lessens the chance to consume a end charge. A little issue " --At level 31 get a Wideswing, then at level level 34 you can swap that with a Reaper's Pursuit if you wish. Also at level 58 you can swap again for a Kaom's Primacy.
