The only other problem I see here is the Gloves -10% to -20% to Chaos Res. The Incursion Temple is full of chaos damage dealers and is needed to get some more Chaos Res than the Atziri's Favor gives.

Yeah, I adapted a version for Sunder and that -75% chaos is literally killing me. I'm thinking of finding a way to fit in Ming's Heart and an Atziri flask, but I'm tight on suffixes as it is and if you're using AoF it won't even be possible.
