Wouldn't anvil with +1 curse be extremally op? Getting more block chance and running AA + warlord's mark + punishment is insane defence and offense. Recently started leveling this build and I'm in act 9 already. I only have 30 c right now because my old character died just after I spent all my currency on it so I found a unique sword with 290-300 pdps and 1.75 aps called Grelwood Shank Eternal Sword.
