Your worst enemies in this build are things that one shot you (thank god Volatile is nerfed) and chaos degen damage. I took the chaos degen resistance pantheon to mitigate the chaos issue as well as using Atziri's Promise instead of Wise Oak (Wise Oak was nerfed this patch).

Curses attached to Herald of Ice via Curse On Hit are only applied from the explosion that occurs when you kill a frozen enemy. You're running Elemental Focus, which is preventing you from freezing mobs aside from the procs you get from your Touch of Anguish claws. You should really only be using Elemental Focus on bosses, take it out when you're clearing trash and you'll frequently be at max power charges.
