The Orb of Storms with Frostbite is being manually cast on top of a boss to apply Frostbite and to gain Power Charges from it critting. This is because you won't be getting Power Charges from Assassin's Mark on the boss unless there are mobs dying near it.

What sort of alternative could I look for as a body piece? a 5L belly is 105chaos which, after buying the two claws will be far above my budget

I think Ice Bite is better than added cold damage.
Let's calculate
Added cold damage on 20 lvl gem: 169 to 254 cold damage.
(169 + 254)/2 = 211,5 average damage


Ice bite on 20lvl gem: 15 to 23 per frenzy charge, we got always 7 frenzy charges, that gives:
(15 + 23)/2 = 19
19 x 7 frenzy charges = 133 avearge damage
also u get 69 to 103 added cold damage, that gives:
(69 + 103)/ 2 = 86 average damage

133 + 86 = 219 added cold damage

You can have even 10 frenzy charge (corrupted ammu and boots), then u get even MOAR

Icebite gives u also 15% freeze chance, and 69% chance to get frenzy when killing frozen enemy.

If i'm wrong feel free to correct me.

What would you recommend for Pantheons? Not sure if i missed it or if it's not included.

Nevermind, just check focus ele + 50% freeze chance.
It's not working. Last time i propably generated power charge by "Claws of the Magpie", and i thought it was from 20% freeze chance.

Hello! it was a nice and in-depth guide. However , could i pick shadow in stead of ranger? assassin could have more crit chance which boost dmg.
if so, could you please suggest which Ascendancy skill points should i take?
if assassin is not the best choice of shadow, which class do u prefer?
