" Just checked. Got 2x ToA and it works, but only from 20% freeze chance, and from those 20% u got 30% chance to get power charge. That means for whole map i had twice 1 power charge. Without ele focus i got 3 power charges almost all the time. Maybe if we get higher freeze chance it would be worth it to use it, cuz it gives a lot of dps. Well, let's think about increase freeze chance. Claws = 20%, if we change 2 nodes as on screen, we get another 10% freeze chance, we lose only 4% elemental damage, icebite gives 15% freeze chance, The Taming ring gives 10% also, The Halcyon amulet gives 10% freeze chance also. We got space for 2 rare jewels, that gives another 10% freeze chance. That gives 20+10+15+10+10+10 = 75% freeze chance. " Well i think Claws of the magpie dont generate charges. They steal charges, so enemy must have charges i think. I got this passive, but i dont see any endurance charges for example. Evasion is terrible unless you go full evasion stacking on everything + Jade+Stibnite flasks. Might as well go a 4.5k health Queen of the Forest build if you care about evasion. This build tries to stack as much HP as it can (albeit not very much due to being a ranger and needing the DPS nodes in tree) and just leech back the life you lost instantly. If you map without Elemental Focus you will pretty much freeze every single mob in the map without it having a chance to fight you unless they use projectiles. For projectile monsters you have CWDT - Immortal call and then you leech back to full when you reach them.
Your worst enemies in this build are things that one shot you (thank god Volatile is nerfed) and chaos degen damage. I took the chaos degen resistance pantheon to mitigate the chaos issue as well as using Atziri's Promise instead of Wise Oak (Wise Oak was nerfed this patch).
