PvP Unique Creation (4 years later, I'm ready to design)

How about a Unique Jewel that says something along the lines of "if an enemy blocks/dodges/or is somehow immune to your damage," instead they take 33%

Obviously wording and the actual % need to be balanced/corrected but it would prevent builds falling entirely off the board because of immunity. Like Poison VS CI, or bleed VS death's door, etc.

some more ideas:

+ belt: 70% reduced cooldown on blink arrow and mirror arrow (combined with helm enchant = 0 cooldown)
minions cannot be killed for 1 seconds after summoned.

+ quiver: quiver with 3 sockets, bow skills linked inside this quiver will have a X-Y% chance of being triggered when using a bow skill.

+ boots: gain onslaught at full frenzy, endurance, and power charges. gain rampage when expending charges. The number of rampage tiers gained are proportional to the number of charges expended.

The helm enchant is: 30% increased Blink Arrow Cooldown Recovery Speed

If you add 70% more to that for a 100% total, it means half of the original cooldown and not 0. (it's like energy shield recharge speed)

belt, definitely not - 30%cooldown enchant on helm alone is already GG. Blink shouldn't be able to be spammed like lw/wb/leap slam

quiver pretty solid idea, never thought about a socketed quiver before

boots is a good idea but will probably need to be gloves since gloves are the thing that usually add rampage

New Idea:

A belt that disables flask use, but you gain 10-15% of your equipped flasks permanently.

I call it "The Flask IV"



But, on a more serious note.
How about a unique that lets CI use blood rage again.

hahahaha love you bro but ci doesn't need any help atm :) CI is being observed in league as the undisputed champion of the endgame, and the new crystal belt just came out to add even more salt to the wound for life builds lol

To build up on this idea cause I actually like where it could go.


How about gaining 10-15% of your flask effects, but it drains your flasks like 2-3 charges per second.

You can make this permanent by refilling flasks with other mechanics in the game and it also means you have flask effects up even without having breakpoint charges like 10 or 15.

It'd be a pretty cool concept and it would even help casters with mana issues if you throw in a mana flask in your setup.
