Path of Exile 2.4.0: Atlas of Worlds Patch Notes

Volt became popular when people started using it with new poison, dot bonuses and so on. Quite simply it was Overpowered to the point where casters were running with bow just so they can spam chaos sparks / ignore reflect / resist and so on.

If something is way too overpowered the proper response is nerf.

actually alot of truth in this. all the nerfs were too top tier builds, while mostly everything else got buffed

does anyone have a video on the Permanent Blade Vortex stacks bug that sounds super OP and I wonder who was abusing it?

i really dont think its worth quiting over man game is fun, and itll still be fun, but i too am sad about some of the nerfs i really loved mjolner builds and aspired to them in every league, makes me sad that their gone now.

You know the game was fun at the beginning. When I had nothing to loose. But after playing a years and nerfing all my characters, the fun is gone and I'm sick and tired to make always another character which WILL BE NERFED AGAIN.!!! Never ending nerfing wheel. And that's not fun. Game is soooo unstable now that is almost beyond playable.

Also great job making legacy versions of OP items. The richer get richer and the poorer get poorer.

I just can't let this one get unnoticed. They make legacy versions so the efforts you have made to get the item not be wasted. If you actually care about the item, go grab it yourself before it becomes legacy, by playing the content it's in. It is by no means "the richer get richer", it's just you being lazy, and choosing to whine instead of farming it.

Well the first problem I see are that people follow always the 5 famous streamers and copy paste their builds (META), ggg wants that people dont get bored of the game, because are true people play the same build every league (like me), but are unjust that people that dont follow like sheeps the new "METAS", and want to create new builds like EQ get nerfed for others.

Melee on the game are crap since 3 or 4 leagues, and ggg seems that dont care much, they care only of ranged builds, you can see new skills, I believe ggg have some of the fault bacause gives to much power to the 5 famous streamers, and the other part of the fault are the sheeps that dont create builds on the game, only copy paste the most op builds on youtube. Streamers destroy the game every 3 months, and ggg use the massive hammer to destroy the 80% of the peoples build, are the expected reaction, because are not easy to spend more 1000 hours on a game to be waste on the future, and the people that said make a new char, leveling chars a re a torture are not fun to waste 10 hours or more leveling your char.

But seems GGG loves to nerf all the good thing on POE. Wish the player base maintain, but soon will be out some amazing ARPG.

Guys, please, just think about what you are saying. "Oh no, they nerfed something I use? Better not play this game, since it is apparently not working if they are actually nerfing too strong things"

Really, man up and take the hit. It's there for a reason.

Also, look at all the new possibilities we get every time they change or implement something. It's really quite fun.

i enjoy making new characters and problem solving im super sad my favorite build "rf mjolner" is no longer end game viable, but now my wheels are turning on what to make next!
