The main difference is that you will most likely need purity to cap resists and jewels with some resists since mf gear often lacks them. I want to tell you I've got a lot of fun playing this build. I was just slayed 5 minutes ago by a little detonate corpse totem in a Sewer map at level 79 in the Hardcore Essence League (my highest hardcore character). I have followed most of your build, using 3 curses, flammability and enfeeble with blasphemy but elemental weakness cast manually to save mana for arctic armor. The whole build was very efficient, safe and affordable for a fresh new league. I've enjoyed the journey, thanks for this build :) | |

I'd really like to try this build out, but get so confused reading between chieftan and berserker. It's my understanding you've tried both now.
For someone who has little to no currency in new league, would you recommend bers or chieftan? what are pros/cons of each? |

Had no time to go into detail of both since i just play a berserker for 2 days ;). chieftain is definetly a bit cheaper with fire immune totems and is easier to start. Berserker has more top end dmg and can recover tons of life via Enduring Cry, but needs 5 jewels with totem life + totem resist OR purity to have 75 fire resists on the totems.

I just can't seem to find this in the initial post, and I am sure that this has answered... but, which is the recommended uber labs choice?
Hinekora... does the life leech work with the RF totems? Ramako... I see both skills (RF, SB) use elemental focus, does that mean we can't ignite and this would be useless? If none of those work, then using both 2 node choices? |

" Hinekora leech/Penetration doesnt work since rf and sb dont hit. both totems work as an ignite, but arent classified as one, so ele focus works. for uberlab i would choose the regen per charge, makes traps easier and the regen helps for izaro (i keep my charges up there all the time). https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCi-NL9JevOxF-6W3n-a7o-w
