Yea, Essence crafting would be an option indeed. But without Scorn we'll loose 80% increased damage and 4% (or rather 5.6%, considering the 40% increased curse effectiveness) reduced fire/elemental resistance.

But then, there's nothing wrong with nice life/armour rolls on a Royal Burgonet which will increase survivability quite nicely. However, getting the four off-colours on an strength-based helmet is a different story. ;)

I'm lvl 90 now, should I ever make it to 96 I shall be able to mitigate the loss of Scorn with Heart of Flame. then I will take this into consideration for the very late endgame. For now this build works like a charm as it is in t13/14 maps. Just let me thank you for your good work here. ;)

Neither do I, as I said, I'm quite happy the way things are going but when I read that the Sovereignty nodes may not be required for Blasphemy and three curses, I just thought to myself, "F*ck yeah, gimme back them three passives and let me grab Combat Stamina instead." Unfortunately, it wasn't that easy after all... it never is, now is it? ;)
I'd add that the build is working like a charm for me too. I love it as much as I did when I used it 2 leagues ago.
Its simple and easy to get into late content with a first char in the season and cheap while powerful and easy to upgrade gradually.

There has not been a map yet that has given me any trouble (up to T12 so far, havent found anything higher yet). I did die once to double daresso while trying to help someone clear it in a hgiher tier map but I feel like I messed up and could have done it without deaths.

I died twice in total from about 10 atziri runs and in both cases it was 100% my fault and easily preventable....its just so easy that you can get caught here and there mostly on auto-pilot and not being on your game much because you dont need to.

The freaking uber lab boss is what is still giving me a hard time. I feel like maybe I just need to make a BV char for uber lab farming and use totems for any mapping, unid mapping and so on.

Plan your path so you can stay near the boss for curse uptime. Throw on a decoy totem for another distraction. When the boss is low enough, weapon swap to a culling strike setup and hit the boss with the linked skill.

Ok to uber izaro...

I am playing another totem build this league, but overall its similar from the playstyle.

With any build i choose some different items and/or gems just for the lab, like kicking out Vaal lightning trap.

On my bladefall totemer i use enfeeble + temp chains, full endurance charges all the time, fortify via shield charge and regular defensive flasks, especially stibnite. I place the totems next to izaro like i would on rftotems and my char stays next to those. This results in fewer izaro leaps. Then i run in cycles to avoid his hard hitting abilitys and facetank his autoatks, if he doesnt atk the totems. If i drop low or cannot evade an ability i pop stuff like basalt + granite, not earlier.

For RF totems the playstyle is basically the same, with the UPside of having a highlife decoytotem for a singlesocket.
Place Decoy + rft + sb in a triangle around izaro, pop stibnite (or oos + blind), keep charges up and use shield charge. You can tech out stuff like vaal lightning trap or the golem for that. Use enfeeble over tempchains.
His cursestones render him immune to the curses applied (temp chains, ele weakness, vulnerability) afaik. keep that in mind and drop those curses if you run into that mod. Use aa + flamm + enfeeble instead.

dont use conc effect with rf on him, its a pain in the ass to hit him. If you played against dual daresso, izaro should be a big deal, the mechanics are not that different. Daresso has a high mobility and his lacerate like skill is as deadly as izaros attacks.

RFT is not the cheeziest lab farmer, but also shouldnt have big trouble in it.
