Getting that Megalomaniac is already sketchy at best, so a second curse isn't a viable option I believe. The Anima Stone gives a nice damage boost, together with a defence boost so I prefer it over the health reduction caused by a Healthy Mind. I use Omeyocan and love it, but I only swapped after I had 3 sources of % mana recovery (Tempered/Transcendent Mind + Shaper/Redeemer belt + Watcher's Eye).
