Enki's Arc Witch - dead for now

Finally bought 6L Cloak!
Wondering what I should save up for next, and where I should go in my skill tree. Maybe the mana nodes to the right of Shaper?

Build is still a lot of fun. I haven't gone above T9 maps yet though, but enjoying what I am doing. I did beat Atrizi though.

is 15% crit chance enough at this stage? or is that somewhere I should try to improve

Hi. Im new at POE. Im using this build. Could someone tell me what I need to change at first at my character? I have 8EX for now. I add my character at my profile. Im not playing much, so if someone could just tell me which items and minimum stats for them, it will be usefull :D
Or maybe someone have some build worth around 8-10EX can show me which items he has?

Brine King is mandatory because of your low life, even more relevant if you use healthy mind jewel (which you should). Since you have so little actual life, you'll get stunned all the time from hits, so Brine King prevents you from being stunlocked on higher maps.

And yes, IMO Bastion of Elements is way better than Heart of Destruction for Arc.
Its a 3k hp shield for elemental damage that refreshes every 3~4 seconds, a MUCH needed layer of defenses for an already squishy character.

Besides, you get that sweet immunity from reflected elemental, so you can run more map mods.

Thank you for this. I'd hit a wall at 88 due to gear/currency in league. The change to Bastion of Elements has made a significant difference in survivability without a huge sacrifice on damage.

I've been away from the game for many years, and recently came back. I decided to try this build, and it's been really great!

I hit a big roadbump when I acquired a 6L chest because the cost for casting jumped up (about 1k for each cast with my current build).

I couldn't even use the 6L and was constantly running out of mana.
From there, I was trying everything I could to get the oils needed for the mind drinker anointment, but couldn't get the last teal oil.

By chance, I found out that you can sell lower level oils to get a higher one, and the ratio is pretty low. From what I had read previously, I was under the impression the trade was 10:1 or 5:1, but it turned out to be only 3:1!

You 100% should sell 3 verdant oils to get a teal oil for the Mind drinker anointment if you're having mana problems during maps.

Seriously, I tried both Arc and ball lightning, in the end I found that ball lightning was performed better on boss killing and survivability. But I still need to thanks Enki for the guide, it helps a lot :-)

This is the first time I invested so much time in PoE and I'm having a blast! I strictly followed the guide but I decided to get Pledge of hands instead of looking for wand godrolls.

My question is, I have 4 points that went to dual-wield talents, but they also increase CD recovery of mobility skills.
Are there any alternatives for staves?
Ideally both cast speed and the cd recovery part. Even if it's the form of jewels and not necessarily talent nodes.

Or have it be Arc for mapping and Ball for bossing?

I test it with 2 different weapons, wand and the staff. I feel like arc is better on clear speed, but single target dps is a little bit lacking.
Maybe my wand is not mirror tier yet....

And another reason i prefer BL is because it can knockback most of the mob and kill them at offscreen. XD

How is everyone feeling about having Mindfulness on their small cluster or clusters? The mana regen has not been feeling great, the gloves with 30/30 make it feel a lot better but when you get unlucky and go dry there isn't anything they can do. I only had one cluster with Mindfulness and then tried it with a second, mana regen was still not great.

I am going back to one and will have Openness in the other for a mana pool boost. I am thinking about getting Openness for the other as well. My thinking is that the more times you can cast your spells within your mana pool the less likely you are to get unlucky with the 30/30 gloves and go dry.

Here is the difference according to POB

Two Mindfulness clusters: 10,557 total, 5,648 regen
One Mindfulness and one Openness: 10,879 total, 5,235 regen

With a pool of 10.5k it just doesn't seem as though 400 regen is going to make much of a difference.

One potential note, I am not sure POB is calculating mana regen correctly with Mindfulness, nothing changes when I mess with the "Are you stationary" tag. I did look within PoE with one Mindfulness on, no movement mana regen is 2270, moving it drops to 1960 for a 15% penalty.

Finally got a large cluster with Disorienting Display, hoping that will also up survivability.

Absolutely loving this build.

I do occasionally run into some stuff that just deletes me, but that usually is in T14+ juiced up maps, and tends to be where I either get stunned real hard or lag a bit and just get hit by everything. The clear speed is fantastic but bosses can be rough, I'm terrible at managing flasks for a lot of them.

If you're running into survivability issues generally, make sure you're using the granite flask basically always, get a Crown of the Inward Eye (if you already have cloak of defiance), and don't spam cast arc if you don't have really good regen. Unfortunately ritual can make it hard to use our ranged advantage pretty frequently but try to keep moving even during those.

I did try using Omeyocan unique boots and found that they helped with some tankiness before I tried the Crown, but the crown felt WAY better in terms of survivability. If you have insane resists on everything I guess you could try swinging both of them.

I'm hoping that upping getting my chaos resistance up higher and a bit more life, mana, and mana regen will help with some of the deaths I run into.

I'd love to see some alternative of this playstyle with more tankiness or a shield because the sigil of power, fast moving, one damage ability playstyle is really fun.

Also biggest tip I can give to anyone that I just realized I could do today.
