Enki's Arc Witch Memorial Page

Hey Enki. Fist of all thx for the awesome Guide.

I have a question about the Weapon Choice. I like to play with Dual Scepter. My Qestion is now. It is good or should i change to Dagger? i use only Flame Dash for for Movement.

When i can play with Scepter which 4 Link should i use? I dont need any Whirling Blades. Do yo have any other Option for the 4 Link?7

Oh yeah i play on PS4 and your Guide work for PS4 too :)

So keep up the good Work and have a nice Day.

If you're using scepter then just replace whirling blades with leap slam. Aside from that all gem links are the same as it is.
Anybody have any thoughts on using the unique jewel "The Blue Nightmare" in our far left jewel slot? 5% lightning to chaos, 6% spell block (should be 7% cause 35% of 20 is 7 but w/e) and 20% to gain power charge on kill, to help with procing ele overload, especially if were not using storm brand and using controlled destruction on Arc.

Spoiler
Rarity: Unique
The Blue Nightmare
Cobalt Jewel
--------
Limited to: 1
Radius: Large
--------
Item Level: 85
--------
Gain 5% of Lightning Damage as Extra Chaos Damage
Passives granting Lightning Resistance or all Elemental Resistances in Radius
also grant Chance to Block Spell Damage at 35% of its value
Passives granting Lightning Resistance or all Elemental Resistances in Radius
also grant an equal chance to gain a Power Charge on Kill
--------

I havent found a more effective one yet than this. But without Impulsa's Unleash does improve clear speed.

Have you tried empowered over add lightning damage by chance?

What do i upgrade next?

Sorry for the noobish question or if this has been asked before, but why are we choosing 2 daggers over 2 wands since we’re casting? I’m not a big fan of whirling blades and prefer flame dash, assume that is not the only reason for the daggers?

Finished the acts with htis build and started maps and delving, just wondering on the above.

Cheers!

Daggers are for whirling blades.

Flame dash would be the perfect movement skill if it didn't have a cooldown, but, unfortunately, it does, which limits its usefulness for sustained mobility. I say sustained because flame dash is great for short bursts of very fast movement, but quickly falls flat when you need to keep a fast pace up. Mobility is a really critical part of this build; moving out of the way of attacks is the best defense we've got. Look at Enki's video on the first page of this thread where he kills Uber Elder deathless and study his movement patterns. He's constantly repositioning because standing in one place means instant death in that scenario (and many others). If you were to try that fight with only flame dash as a movement skill, you would be left running a lot of the time, which would severely impair limit the amount of casting you'd be able to fit in.

I have considered lightning warp as a primary movement skill for this build, but it just requires too many resources (4-L setup, movement speed buffs, helm enchant) to be viable. None of the viable movement skills for high-level play with this build work with a wand, unfortunately. Otherwise, yes, we would definitely be using them!
