" Was a signal thing, played for 2 odd hours last night and got a pretty consistant 250-300ms ping, game played absolutely perfectly. Loving it! |

All the servers play in the same world so it matters not which server you connect to. I find the Singapore server has too much Latency. The American and European servers give me about the same results.

South African here too, I would love a local server, while the lag is no worse then Diablo 3 its still not so great, but I get about 100ms extra through our local provider alone because the cables in my area are old and stuffed.
But yeah I would love to be able to have my char react in a time step that was unnoticeable :P |

South African reporting in. Awe.
I love competing in the hardcore races and such. Good too see a good bunch of fellow countrymen. I have little issue playing the game, but I have a 5meg uncapped line that handles everything really well. When I tried cut-throat as a melee it became a huge PITA. I don't think with our ping we'd be able to use melee abilities much at all. |
