Content Update 0.5.0 — Path of Exile 2: Return of the Ancients

Hybrid defense based on armor and evasion doesn't work. It provides no survivability at all. Even in full-T1 gear.

And only Sorcery Ward protected against one-shots. Why did you nerf Sorcery Ward? Why take away another 15% of armor and evasion, cutting them by 50%?

Why do you want the mercenary to be the weakest character? Why should the mercenary die the most? Why is the fragile witch in ES the tank in PoE2?

1.5 years have passed, but the problems are the same.

Can we get a buff to Rake, Bloodhunt, Primal Strikes? i feel like Huntress is becoming only ranged attacks and anyone that wants to play melee huntress is getting shafted especially with how the new ascendancy is more twister designed.

kinda nerfed with the eternal rage fix/change/nerf...
So they took the "we dont want to create item with levels of skills" put it in the trash and then nerfed melee builds again

good patch

actually broken builds (infinite damage oil grenade and coc with life leech abuse) are deleted, ice shot slightly nerfed, adequate strong builds are still playable. + we get a ton of new endgame content to play with

thanks GGG, very hyped for 0.5. actually one of the best patchnotes in both poe1 and 2
