I was born in the early 80s. That's your own person gibbering, not anything generational. Virtually none of the games from back then relied on having one single character you kept pushing through more and more things forever.

I have a lot of fun testing out different things. For me the best part of a game like this is having some unique I'd never heard of drop and realizing the weird character I could create to take advantage of it.

There is a huge generational factor actually, the 8bit era had ruthless games... People who come from those early times being ZX Spectrum, C64, NES/MS are probably far better prepared to handle noise and attrition. Younger generations can't handle friction and are much more susceptible to break when facing attrition.

Being myself from the glorious crop of '78, I still find myself on top 350 on my platform on PoE1. Yes I've lived the same friction, the difference is I try to improve myself and not go on witch hunts (despite having a natural love for pitchforks, torches and angry mobs).

He should, but the primary reason I came to PoE2 was hearing news some RMT guy got banned and realizing PoE still existed at all after a decade, then being horribly disappointed when I blew through the first 5 acts solo with no deaths.

Back in my day we had to walk uphill 17 miles through hordes of reflect mobs who'd love to see your new high DPS build. Hardcore players tried to convince themselves they didn't need any of this new ascendancy nonsense after losing a character or two to traps before even getting to the lab. Vaal was the king of one shots and when Dominus dropped he was a lesson in pain.

Now these weak, limp-wristed children complain about honor without even realizing that system exists to dry the tears of the children who before it was implemented lost characters instead of losing honor.

Weak, worthless children. Can't even make an effective character without following and doing exactly what someone on the internet tells them to do even with cheap easy respeccing. Pfaw. The devs nerf everything in existence and they still cry.

Economy goes to shi* .

Groups loot 300-500 Divines every temple run.

Some people have been doing it since league started.

I came to league few days ago and i was actually sad how fu*ked up the economy is this league.

Few days ago there was competition on global chat , who has the most loot. People linked that mtx ring . That ring shows only of the ground looted currency.

Few of them had 20+ mirrors and almost half million Divines .

Usually its 4-10 mirrors and 100-250 k divines.
